Senior Accountant
An interesting and successful property organisation has an urgent requirement for a senior interim accountant to assist within their busy finance department. This role will entail statutory and management accounting, consolidations under IFRS, production of the budgets, year end audit processes and supervision of 3 junior staff members.
Previous IFRS, consolidation and statutory accounting ability, as well as the ability to produce the monthly management accounts is essential.
This is an urgent role and an excellent opportunity to gain a challenging and interesting position. Applicants with excellent technical experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team, should apply as soon as possible.
