Motor Trade Job-Service Manager, South East London
Motor Trade Service Manager required in South East London.
Salary £24k + bonus
Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays
Our client a busy main dealer requires a Motor Trade Service Manager to join their team.
The position would suit someone who comes from a Senior Service Advisor background or Service Team Leader looking for that next step up the ladder.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for both Service and Bodyshop departments. Working to targets, set on a monthly and annual basis, the successful candidate will be expected to not only meet but beat these targets.
You will have the responsibility for managing and developing your team whilst ensuring that CSI levels reach and exceed targets.
The successful candidate will also have responsibility for using group systems to plan, forecast and report on results for the departments.
Candidates must have an outgoing and positive attitude, well presented and be able to work as part of a close and busy team.
Motor Trade experience is essential for this role.
