Production Executive
I am currently recruiting for a market leading Media Company based in the heart of the West End of London. This is a truly progressive and forward thinking company that operates at the highest level of media product innovation and development.
The vacancy is for Production Executive.
Responsibilities:
Providing production and creative information and support for the sales team.
Arranging production and distribution of material for each campaign.
Including negotiation on price. Contact with Clients, creative agencies, advertising agencies and specialist.
Chase visuals of each campaign for the internal approvals procedure.
Keeping the production folder up to date with the latest campaigns.
Keeping the Operations team informed of campaign information through Posting Instructions, Special Information and Delivery Information as well as adhoc faxes and texts.
Arrange distribution of creative solutions campaigns (Beer mats and glasses etc).
Dealing with queries from the operations team.
Update production element of the Booking Manager System for each campaign, including notes, quotes, purchase orders and invoice sign off.
Continually reviewing systems and processes for the production and some operational practices. Make improvements where necessary.
Signing off all production and courier invoices. This includes providing detailed information to the Accounts department that will be required by CEO's for payment to be made.
Day to day dealing with couriers including dealing with any problems that may arise.
Maintain and develop relationships with a range of suppliers and potential suppliers.
Manage stock control of frames and where required order additional stock.
Periodical checking of the Ops teams areas. If they can be improved and should we look to recruit additional members of the team.
Pro active sourcing of new and innovative material that will ad value to a clients campaign.
Production review on an annual basis of all suppliers.
