Engineering Services Manager
Engineering Services Manager £45,000 - £50,000 London, City
We are currently looking for an Engineering Services Manager to join a leading international law firm in their head office in London on a interim contract for six months.
You will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive, efficient service provision with regard to:
· M&E and Lifts Services
· Fabric & External Cleaning Services
· Utilities
· Audio Visual Services
· Property Services (Room set-ups, office equipment etc)
· Building Refurbishments
You will manage a team of six, including one Supervisor and seven on-site external contract staff. Ideally you will have a professional qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering/building services discipline, be a member of the CIBS and BIFM and have previous experience in a senior M&E services position.
