Based at a dedicated client site the Senior Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for fully managing all recruitment related activity in order to maximise the value of the recruitment process to the client (i.e. accelerate hiring times, reduce costs, improve quality and maximise the value of the client's employer brand) and meet performance and contribution targets.
The Recruiter will need to work closely and develop relationships of trust and influence with HR, Hiring Managers, candidates & suppliers, to ensure objectives are met
Candidate skills required
Essential
? Graduate calibre
? 4 years + experience within a highly commercial, customer facing role
? Recruitment experience ideally both in-house and agency recruitment
? An understanding of corporate HR Recruitment policies and procedures
? Finance sector knowledge
? Change management experience
? Consultancy
? Project management
? An understanding of the different attraction methods and how and when to use them
? An understanding of different selection & assessment tools/techniques and how and when to use them
? IT Security industry sector experience desirable & an understanding of business/recruitment drivers
