Float Secretaries
Due to future and recent expansion within most US Law Firms as an Agent we are currently looking for good legal secretaries for their float teams throughout the City and West End.
Most of their legal secretaries are initially recruited as floats and later allocated to static roles for the Partners or Assistants they wish to work for. Or, of course you can continue to 'float' if desired.
This is extremely successful method of recruitment and keeps legal secretarial staff turn over to a minimum and moral on a high so it is not unusual that many more US Law Firms are following suit in this method of recruitment.
