The Company:
Our client is a major European company and they are currently recruiting for a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Advisor, to work within their European centre, based in Gibraltar.
The Role:
The position will be involve dealing with a large number of inbound calls and emails from customers in Slovenia, wishing to make bets on sporting events from across Europe and answer queries related to accounts, payments, sport, IT etc?. Dealing with a wide range of customer service queries, ensuring the company is promoted with every customer contact.
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must be fluent in English and Slovenian who have a keen interest in sports. Excellent level of customer service skills are essential, as is a knowledge of a Windows working environment.
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary for the role will be £15000 increasing to £17500 after a successful 3 month probation period. The working hours for the position are 40 hours per week, between Monday and Sunday. Shifts cover 8.5 hours per day, covering between 08:00 and 00:00.
