Dutch speaking Customer Support

The Company:
Our client, a leading international company, is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of Dutch to work in their Dorset-based offices on a 6 month contract to perm basis.
The Role:
- The role will involve working within the wireless data sector to troubleshoot problems through inbound customer correspondence
- Resolving queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Accurately registering all information on the in-house system]
- Researching new wireless technologies to provide accurate product knowledge
- Working to performance targets and aiming to provide an excellent level of service
- Sharing information with team to improve knowledge base
Candidate Profile:
The suitable candidate for the role will be fluent to business level in Dutch with excellent customer awareness and attention to detail.
Knowledge of wireless data systems would be a strong advantage, although not essential.
Experience from a call-centre, customer service or helpdesk role is highly advantageous.
Applicants must be strong team-players with the will to develop and progress within the role
Salary/Additional Information:
£16,000 per annum for Dutch and English, £17,000 if a third language is spoken and used in the role.
