Swedish spkg Credit Controlle

The Company:

Our client is an extremely fast growing company in the Tourism sector, and due to rapid expansion, they are currently looking to recruit an outstanding Credit controller fluent in Swedish and English. The position will be based in their office in Cambridgeshire.

The Role:

Reporting to the Credit Control Team leader, the successful candidate will assist in the control and reduction of worldwide credit account debts, so as to reduce the loss of revenue through non-payment of accounts.

-To regularly monitor all accounts that have you been assigned, ensuring Account Managers are updated of any potential problems.
- To respond to all accounts problems or queries raised by customers within the required Service Level Agreements.
-To produce regular written reports for the Credit Control Team leader comprising details on bad debt properties.
-To familiarise yourself with the Credit Control procedures and ensure that they are strictly adhered to.
-To assist in the maintenance of the Credit Control database, thus ensuring easy access to documentation and facilitating prompt action on overdue accounts.
-To inform the Credit Control Team leader of all important developments so that the appropriate action is taken at all times.
-To ensure that all filing / late archiving is up to date in order to facilitate adequate inter-departmental communication and therefore the adoption of the correct approach in all accounting matters.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must be fluent in Swedish and English and knowledge in the other Scandinavian languages would be a bonus. Experience in working with credit control /accounts receivable would be an advantage. Customer service skills are vital and these should have been gained within a telephone working environment. Good PC literacy, a good telephone manner and excellent organisational skills are also required. Candidates must possess an excellent telephone manner and they must be highly customer focused. The successful candidate would have a passion for helping clients and be able to multi task. Experience from the tourism or hospitality sector could be an advantage.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for the role is negotiable, depending on calibre and experience. The company offers a fantastic benefits package with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Individual and Company bonus and full training needed for the position. For those who are relocating the company also offers a relocation package.
