Bilingual Reservations Executives

The Company:
Our client, a leading international company, is currently recruiting for a fluent or mother tongue speaker of French, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish to work in their London offices.
The Role:
-The position will involve responding to inbound customer queries over the telephone to provide a comprehensive information service regarding client hotel reservations
-Your main aim will be to ensure that all calls are dealt with professionally and efficiently, continuously working to improve your customer service technique and to boost bookings
-You will also be a key player in a friendly and energetic team, providing support to your colleagues and ensuring that all procedures run smoothly
-You will also be called upon to assist other departments where necessary and attend team meetings
-Additional research into competitors will also be required to provide insight into the market and feed back information.
-This role will require some weekend working. Shifts operate on a rota between the following hours:
08.00 to 17.00
09.00 to 18.00
11.00 to 20.00
Candidate Profile:
- Suitable candidates for the role must be fluent in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian or French ideally with a degree of diploma relating to the travel sector.
- Customer focussed team players with a strong background in service or inbound sales are likely to excel in this role
- You must also be confident, with a clear and articulate phone manner and excellent conversational skills.
- A good standard of numeracy and keyboard skills is also essential
- Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for the role will be £16,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package and performance related bonuses.
