Our client, a growing company within the financial industry is looking to recruit an English as well as Polish or Russian speaker to join their offices in Central London.
The Role:
This role entails providing first class customer service to key international customers.
-delivering high quality written and telephone support
-marketing and promotional work as part of the retention strategy
-complying with agreed SLAs
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is likely to speak English as well as one Polish or Russian (preferably with another European language) to mother tongue level or equivalent.
The applicant must have:
-good computer skills
-strong technical and business understanding
-work experience within the customer service environment
-internet affinity
-high motivation and strong commitment
-strong communication skills
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position is up to £20,000 depending on language skills and experience. The company offers 22 days paid holidays and a very generous benefits package.
