Team Leader
Started 31 years ago, my client deals with the recruitment of permanent, temporary and contract office support and management staff. It is owned and run by a female MD who is both highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have high profile clients, and the top perm consultant bills £250k annually.
Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit a new team leader to head up a new division dealing with both permanent and temporary recruitment. The new team leader will then be involved in the recruitment and development of a new team of 5 consultants. In addition, they will set up and continue to run their own desk.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success, and have good business development skills. Outgoing with a good sense of humour, you must be able to fit well into this fast, focused and professional team.
