Our client is a recruitment consultancy for Professionals within the Housing Management, Supported Housing and Affordable Housing sectors. They recruit for Private Sector, Public Sector and Non-Profit Organisations.
They are seeking to appoint a trainee recruitment consultant who will progress into a full consultancy role, so personal drive and ambition is vital.
As a recruitment consultant you will play a pivotal role for both your clients and your candidates. From finding your candidates their next career opportunity, to identifying key professionals for your clients, you must be strong in businesses development, negotiation and be an excellent communicator. It is a highly challenging and both professionally and financially rewarding career.
