Due to continued expansion they are looking for a business development manager to generate new leads for the consultants and increase my client's presence in the marketplace. This is an exciting role for experienced recruiters who enjoy business development as opposed to candidate care. You will have the backing of an established brand, a generous advertising budget, and a completely autonomous environment.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, with a passion for promoting the business. You will have your own ideas about how to embrace this role, and a working knowledge of the recruitment industry.
