Banking Finance Senior Qualified Consultant
Our client a leading provider of Accountancy and finance staff across the City seeks a Banking and Finance Senior Qualified Consultant to join this well-established Financial division.
Generating in excess of £2M in 2005, they are looking to further develop their market share, which is currently at 15-20%. They have been involved in several retained mandates, are number one on the suppliers list for some of the large Investment Banks as well as servicing a large collection of Asset Management institutions, Hedge funds, insurance firms, retail banks and other financial services clients.
This market requires mature, professional consultants who have experience of placing candidates with more than 2 years PQE, predominately into Investment Banks. This is a very candidate-driven market and requires the use of Search methodologies i.e Headhunting, networking and mapping and a more consultative approach with Candidates and Clients.
They are currently looking to hire another experienced recruiter who can converse with the more senior end of the market.
Salary: Up to 35k + commission
