Financial Services Experienced Consultant ? FTSE 100 Clients
My client, an international specialist financial recruitment consultancy, is looking for an experienced Financial Services consultant to head up a lucrative desk in their Brighton office.
They work in partnership with organisations across the complete business spectrum, with a goal to consistently present excellent candidates to their clients.
They were voted the best recruiter for Training and Development in 2006 along with being awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2006 by Ernst and Young.
Their Corporate Strategy team concentrates on permanent Front Office roles including M&A/Corporate, Strategy and Business Development and Private Equity. All the major investment banks and a very substantial number of investment companies now have their European headquarters in London.
You will be placing candidates into Front Office Professional roles at middle to senior level. You will be dealing with their high profile clients within the leading financial institutions and investment houses and brokerages in all the major global financial centres, specifically London, Hong Kong and New York.
To be successful, you must have at least 6-12 months recruitment experience preferably within finance. You should be hard working, have the ability to liaise with people at all levels and should have the ability to thrive to succeed. You should also be highly driven, money motivated and tenacious. For an experienced consultant, you can expect to earn a generous base salary of 25-55k along with their exceptional commission structure starting at 20% and peaking at 40%
