£22,000 - £25,000 + OTE

To be considered you'll need recruitment or Sales experience, ideally in the public sector. You'll work on warm desks, although continuous business development is still expected and you'll deal with the whole recruitment process, including face-to-face meetings with clients & candidates. Staff turnover is low, mainly due to the excellent people-management policies, encouraging initiative, rewarding effort and really appreciating your achievements.
