This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving specialist Consultancy, with a strong international flavour, excellent branding and visionary leadership. They focus on the highly lucrative I.T. Security sectors, including Risk Management, Business Continuity & Data Protection issues, working with some of the most prestigious companies in the world. Due to internal promotions they seek two new Trainee Head Hunters to enlist on their extensive training programme, starting in the next month.
The role will include identifying and contacting potential candidates, both in the UK & Abroad. This will be achieved through extensive Internet & database research, as well as networking and head hunting techniques. These skills will guarantee you a job for life throughout the world! The career path will push you towards more client contact, eventually attaining a consultant role, with potential on target earnings exceeding £70,000. To be considered you'll be well-educated, self-confident, articulate and determined to succeed. You'll either have prior recruitment experience, from any sector, or previous professional sales experience, with a genuine desire to make a career in Recruitment.
