This is a great chance to join a professional Consultancy with plans for rapid growth. Currently 20 people strong, they plan to double this office and also open new branches next year. They are cash rich, secure, possess warm desks and are run by inspirational hands-on Directors. They are seeking a Manager with experience of the Construction or similar sectors.
Industry specific knowledge is the key, so you must be either a strong Manager who is currently in the construction marketplace or a Team Leader. You must come from a construction background, and must be able to show that you have been a Consultant and biller in your career. It will be your responsibility to drive the business forward and increase the level of billing from the team, while growing, mentoring and training the team.
