One of the most exclusive companies in the UK is looking for a senior consultant to head up a hot desk that has recently become available. Working 36 floors up in the Gherkin, you will by far be working in the best offices in the UK. Established since 2003 they already have an estimated turnover of £18 million at the end of their fourth year alone. They are an international company with their UK office only recently being opened in March of this year.
Specialising in mid to senior executive level recruitment with selected disciplines including banking, accounting, finance and property, you will be focusing on the more senior end of the market. They are a dynamic and rewarding group of consultants, working in an environment which is suitable for highly motivated individuals who enjoy being challenged.
To be successful, you will have at least 1 ? 2 years property recruitment experience. You will have first class communication skills to the extent where you can communicate to people at executive level. You will be driven and highly motivated to work in a fast paced environment. You should be tenacious, articulate and be highly career driven.

They offer exceptional base salary packages ranging from 36-92k along with their very competitive commission structure which is 30% of everything you bring in.
