Recruitment experience in the financial market will be an advantage, but not a necessity, as full market training will be provided. Proven recruitment and/or sales experience would be beneficial, for fast track success.
Excellent financial packages are offered. OTE £50-70k, uncapped commission, no threshold, plus additional bonuses!
