Trainee Head Hunter
We are now recruiting for a Trainee Head-hunter to work in our offices in the heart of the City. We will offer you the chance to not only to develop into a Recruitment Consultant, but give you the background knowledge and training to become the best in your field! Initially you will start off as a Trainee Consultant, where you will be managing candidates, and ensuring a flow of candidates to the consultants. This is a new role and is seen as pivotal for the continued growth of our business.
You will be placing professionals into the Investment Banking arena and developing market knowledge, to become a specialist in a particular area within Investment Banking. We offer excellent, ongoing training, career progression and realistic targets, to enable you to achieve excellent on target earnings. You will be involved in developing business, building strong relationships at all levels, attending client visits and consulting to professionals.

You will ideally have some sales experience, or other work experience, where your drive and personality have enabled you to succeed, in a fast paced environment.
