Experienced Finance Consultant ? OTE 150k in First Year
One of the fastest growing companies in the UK is urgently looking for an experienced finance consultant to head up and maintain a hot desk that has only recently become available. Established since 2003, they already have a turnover of £12 million at the end of their fourth year alone. Based in high spec offices in the heart of Liverpool Street you will be working amongst a team of 10 other consultants.
They are a specialist finance and change management recruitment group that are focused on primarily working with the leading 'Blue Chip' companies in London and the Home Counties. They are an amalgamation of experienced and successful consultants bought together by the desire to work within a more autonomous, inspiring and less autocratic environment. Focusing on the senior end of the market you will be placing mid to senior front office professionals into some of their most high profile clients. Candidates will be placed into roles ranging from Chief Financial Office to Senior Commercial Financial Analyst. Some of their clients include the likes of HSBC, Apple, Barclays and Sony.
To be successful, you will have at least 12 months finance recruitment experience with a genuine passion in the sector. You will be articulate, hard working and have first class communication skills to the extent where you can communicate with people at executive level. You will be career motivated and have the ability and drive to succeed within a fast paced environment.
If successful, you will be working for one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. For an experienced consultant, you can expect to earn a generous package of anywhere from 25-55k on the basic along with their excellent commission structure peaking at 35%.
