Working out of one of the most prestigious buildings in the world, you will be based on the 36th floor of the Gherkin Building. The client is urgently looking for an experienced property and real estate consultant to head up a hot desk. Established since 2003, they already have an estimated turnover of £18 million at the end of this year. With offices all across the world, their UK office was only recently set up in March of this year.
They are a specialist team of consultants who are business focused on their clients and candidates. They have respective knowledge of their market and an extensive network of candidates. They specialise in middle and senior level executive appointments across the full spectrum of the property and real estate market. They are currently looking for someone who can bring their knowledge of the industry into their team and build up a hot desk that has just become available.
To be successful, you should have 6-12 months recruitment experience preferably within the property and real estate industry. Knowledge of the sector is also essential. You should have the ability to liaise with people at all levels and should have the drive and motivation to succeed. You should be tenacious, hard working and be hungry to earn a strong salary in your first year.

They offer exceptional base salary packages ranging from 36-92k along with their very competitive commission structure which is 30% of everything you bring in.
