A truly outstanding opportunity has arisen for a multi-site Sales Director to take charge of contract IT operations across London and the North West with this big name in IT recruitment. The successful candidate will second the MD and could make a real name for themselves in the industry while earning some fantastic money.
Leadership is the biggest aspect of this role - the ability to motivate, lead and inspire your staff is of key importance. You'll need to demonstrate the ability to retain good people and attract good people while also being competitive and aggressive with the energy to compete in the marketplace where necessary. A bright, inspirational leader ? you're a warm individual, honest, realistic with a healthy dose of normality and a good sense of humour. With considerable experience of recruitment management from any professional sector, you'll also look after P&L and budgets while sitting on the management board and contributing strategically where possible.
