Having been in existence for five years and always having been profitable, this successful search consultancy has a highly experienced team with extensive knowledge of the international recruitment market and many years of experience in delivering tailored recruitment solutions to multinationals and leading domestic companies. Very unique in what they do, they are the market leaders in the international search sector. A Resourcer is needed due to rapid growth. The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to travel abroad to international recruitment fairs.
This is not a traditional resourcer's job; you will get involved in client management, shortlisting and seeking candidates, managing the process and supporting the account managers. To be considered you'll need previous experience of a professional recruitment sector and want a role not involving sales targets or business development - ideally you'll speak an additional language too. You'll need to be of graduate calibre as you will be dealing with high-level people like global group directors. 80% of the business is recruitment summits - sophisticated career fairs with overseas travel and luxury hotels thrown in. as well as excellent earning potential, you will be able to advance to a full account manager's role within a year.
