The leading health and social care recruiter are urgently looking for a fresh grad with a sales background to join their highly successful company and become part of their team. Based minutes from London Bridge, you will be based in an open planned office amongst 20 other consultants. Their aim is to always place the best professionals in the best positions as efficiently as possible and with the most flexible customer focused approach. Having a turnover of £140 million to date makes them the market leader in the industry.
As a people business their investment in staff is a key strength. Placing both qualified and unqualified social workers into some of their well known clients, you will be starting off as a Resourcer for 6-9 months learning the whole recruitment cycle. You will learn how to book client meetings, how to interview candidates, candidate screenings, negotiating terms with clients as well as a number of other parts to the cycle. The types of roles social workers are placed into range within adolescent to education welfare positions. Within four years they have developed into an established provider of specialist staff to the health and social care sectors.
To be successful, you will be a fresh graduate preferably within the health and care sector, however if you are from any other sector with a genuine interest then you may be considered. It is essential that you have a sales background of at least 6-9 months. You will be hard working, money motivated, tenacious and articulate. You will have excellent communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with people at all levels. To succeed in this sector requires vision and the ability to be responsive.
If successful, you can expect to earn a generous, and very competitive package of somewhere between 18-25k basic (depending on experience) along with an exceptional commission structure peaking at 30%.
