Based minutes from London Bridge station, the leading health and social care recruiter are urgently looking for an experienced social care consultant to head up a hot desk that has only recently become available. Working in a team of 20 other consultants, you will be in an open planned, sociable environment. Already having a turnover of £140 million at the end of this year makes them the market leader in their sector.
The hot desk that is ready and waiting to be maintained already has 20 social workers out with the guaranteed opportunity of earning at least 60k in your first year. Placing candidates into roles within residential social workers and qualified social workers, you will be working with some of their well known clients. With international offices all across the world, there is the prospect of working in one of their offices abroad.
To be successful, you will have at least 12 months social care recruitment experience within the sector along with a genuine interest within the industry. You will be career motivated, money driven and have the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment. You will have first class communication skills to the extent where you can liaise with both clients and candidates. You will be articulate and tenacious.
If successful, you will have the opportunity to grow your own team up around you after the success of managing the desk. For an experienced consultant, you can expect to earn anything from between 25-55k basic along with an exceptional commission structure peaking at 30%.
