A recruitment role with a difference! Our client is one of the biggest asset managers in Europe and is backed with massive resources and a great brand name. An in-house recruiter is needed to fill the company's recruitment requirements and enjoy truly superb outstanding earning potential including up to 40% of your basic salary in bonuses.
This is a senior level role so you'll need to have solid experience from a professional recruitment sector ? in-house recruitment would be preferable. This is not a role for an out-and-out salesman ? you'll have to be able to build strong relationships with professional bodies, be very credible and have good selection abilities. Ideally you'll have strong financial services experience including investment management plus a full understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and capability to deliver within it. You will define, develop, manage and implement recruitment strategies and plans to support recruitment requirements, using best practices for attracting, sourcing and screening applicants.
