Very unique in what they do, they are the market leaders in the international search sector. An Account Manager is needed due to rapid growth. The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to travel abroad to international recruitment fairs.
This is an international search and selection role focusing on Africa and Asia. You will be placing middle management to board-level candidates with salaries up to £100k-£150k into sectors like Accountancy, HR and Engineering. The role is purely account management ? there won't be any cold calling whatsoever. Ideally of graduate calibre, you'll be 'blue-chip capable' and corporate, with good level of experience in a relevant sector. 80% of the business is recruitment summits - sophisticated career fairs with overseas travel and luxury hotels thrown in. As well as a generous basic salary, you will have the chance to earn outstanding commission.
