Our Client is one of the fastest growing players in the exciting teleconferencing and data-conferencing service marketplace. With their growing portfolio of products and an enviable client list they are experiencing renewed growth and interest in their advanced technology based solutions that cover both conferencing and broadcasting services. They are now looking for a Team Leader / Sales Manager to run a small team based at their West London location.
As a Team Leader, you will manage and mentor a growing team of lead generation executives in day-to-day sales activities. You will support the team and focus on the development of a productive and target achieving sales environment. This is an entry level team that will need close supervision and motivation. The role will also include the recruitment of sales executives as the team grows or members are promoted internally into other areas.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 1-2 years b2b sales experience and preferably with some team leader or sales management exposure. It is anticipated that you will be educated to degree level, have excellent communication and leadership skills, a high degree of computer literacy and be a natural presenter with the self motivation to succeed in a corporate sales environment.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 25k with an uncapped OTE of 40k plus excellent benefits.
