Established in for 10 years, my new client is a trusted advisor in the infrastructure environment. They deliver solutions to IT and Telecommunications businesses. A small company committed to investing in people and looking to expand rapidly, they offer a career path from day one. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individuals to establish themselves, grow with the company and reap the benefits.

Due to an increase in sales they are looking to take on a senior account manager. The position is an external, client-facing role with a remit to achieve greater revenue streams through cross selling and developing new key accounts. This is a highly consultative and customer centric environment.

In order to qualify for this position you must a minimum of two years sales experience within a virtualisation, storage or solutions background. You have a solid track record of developing new business within key accounts as well as a track record of consistently hitting targets. You have to be truly customer focused and demonstrate key leadership skills. Personality is very important for this position. You need to be charismatic, entrepreneurial, flexible and have a strong interest in building long-term relationships.
