Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for an IT Recruiter with or without prior experience.
As an IT Recruiter you can expect to receive the very best in training that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycle. The role will cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generations through to client management. Based from prestigious offices in West London you will cover either perm or contract vacancies in one of many available technical disciplines taking full advantage of our client's reputation and positioning within the industry.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree calibre with previous sales experience or an appreciation of work in a target driven environment. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills along with high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment to developing a career within this respected recruiter.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 18k with an uncapped OTE of 40k in the first year plus an additional benefits package. Second year earnings are anticipated to be in the 100k region
