My new client is a leading global provider of visual communication products and services, helping people around the world to better communication. They are leaders in their industry not only because they have the most advanced video technology. Their success is also built on a strong corporate culture that is characterized by energy, fun and high ambitions for the future. With offices worldwide, they are well placed to cover the financial markets on a global level.
Due to a 56% (revenue) growth year on year, a 58% (profit) increase in sales and an ever-growing sales team they are looking to take on senior account managers to increase market coverage. The position is an external, client-facing role with a remit to achieve greater revenue streams through solution selling and developing new key accounts capitalizing the company's reputation of high quality and performance. This is a highly consultative and customer centric environment.
In order to qualify for this position you must have sales experience with a minimum of two years within a solutions led environment. You have a solid track record of developing new business within key accounts as well as a track record of consistently hitting targets. You have to be truly customer focused and demonstrate key leadership skills. Personality is very important for this position. You need to be charismatic, entrepreneurial, flexible and have a strong interest in building long-term relationships. Working for this client will allow you to experience low targets with high potential earnings- accelerator bonuses are given for over achievement and average earnings within the sales team are 98k. A working knowledge of TAS (target account selling) and/or SPIN Selling would be advantageous.
