Established for over 50 years and listed on the LSE for more than 30, our client has grown to become a true international organisation with businesses in the UK, Europe and North America. With their passion for packaging they deliver innovative and cost effective solutions covering labels, bespoke packaging, plastics and distribution through 25+ global offices. Due to continued UK growth and internal movement they now have an immediate need for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a London/Essex based team.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will manage a large team of up to 15 sales executives. You will hold direct responsibility for territory turnover, profit and performance alongside recruitment, mentoring and accompanying team members on occasional sales visits. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in a hands-on team management role where you will meet with team members on a weekly or monthly basis to train, discuss and deliver key objectives.
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a minimum of 4-5 years target driven and successful sales management experience. You will have hands-on management experience and posses the ability to lead a large field based team by example. You will also be an excellent communicator and presenter with a strong personality, the will to win and the experience to drive a performing team to greater heights. .
The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 50k with a 60-70k OTE and a generous benefits package.
