Business Development Manager ? Managed Office Solution Sales

Through their innovative approach and UK coverage they have developed both prestigious and affordable solutions in many of the UK's leading business centers. Due to planned expansion they now require an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

As an experienced Business Development Manager working under the title of Associate Director you will be tasked with developing, securing and identifying commercial property that has the potential for re-lease. Working closely with investors, property developers, global corporates and building owners you will secure surplus office space with potential for re-lease revenue generation.

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3-4 years sales experience from within the commercial property, property management or managed office arenas. Your communication and presentation skills will be first class and enable you to reflect our client's brand in both a prestigious and professional manner. Your commercial awareness and business acumen will also be second to none as will your desire to further develop your career in an organisation that experiencing continued growth.

The successful candidate can expect a negotiable base salary of 40-45 with an uncapped OTE of 60-80k plus additional benefits
