Our client is arguably the world's leading conferencing specialist, who offer the industry's most advanced and comprehensive portfolio of virtual communication and collaboration services. With global coverage and 25 strategically placed service centers they off local support to both the Corporate and the casual user on a 24/7 basis. Due to continued growth within the ever expanding web based multi media conferencing sector, our client is now looking for a Business Development Manager to cover both London and the South East.
As a Business Development Manager you will be at the front line of our client's strategic sales drive for web based advanced multi media solutions. Your initial responsibility will be to acquire revenue generating accounts within specific verticals through the design and implementation of sales plans. Available verticals include the hi-tech markets, financial services, media & publishing and manufacturing, retail & utilities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years successful B2B solutions sales experience with a proven record of achievement and a general technical awareness. You will posses first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise and influence at a senior level. You will be eager to learn new technologies, posses the desire to succeed in a rapidly growing industry and demonstrate the ability to close revenue streams of varying value. It is anticipated that you will be dynamic in your approach, energetic, self motivated with the personal goal to establish a solid and successful sales career.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 30-40k dependent upon experience with an uncapped and very achievable first year OTE of 50-60k. In addition there is an executive benefits package that includes a generous car allowance and all the tools required to achieve within this role.
