Our client delivers an unrivalled service in the provision of prestigious and unbranded serviced offices, suites, meeting and conferencing facilities and virtual offices. Working with some of the UK's leading companies and distinguished executives they manage and run first class facilities in prime locations throughout London and the UK. Due to continued growth they now require a Sales Executive to work form one of their London locations.
As a Sales Executive you will be tasked with developing, securing and managing revenue streams from within the SME and corporate market. This client facing role will involve liaising at various levels direct with end users and through commercial property companies, where you will identify, qualify and close exciting opportunities with varying sales values.
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 years sales experience, exude confidence and present themselves in an immaculate and professional manner. Your appearance, performance and communications will be first class and enable you to reflect our client's brand in both a prestigious and professional manner. Your commercial awareness and business acumen will be second to none as will your desire to further develop your career.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 25k with an uncapped OTE of 38k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
