Their UK Finance Team are expanding activity in the Finance Operations area and are looking for qualified professionals to take on responsibility for some of their most high profile projects.
The Finance Operations group provides solutions to support the CFO with the planning and implementation of back-office services, helping to increase operating efficiencies, improve service and drive cost reductions. Offerings include: Enabling Technologies, Finance & Accounting Outsourcing, Post Merger Integration, SG&A Optimisation, Shared Services, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Working Capital Reduction.
- You will be a qualified or past finalist accountant with experience of working on finance transformation projects and some of the following skills:
- Finance and Accounting process design and configuration expertise within an Oracle or SAP applications
- Knowledge and experience of an ERP design and implementation life-cycle
- Experience of the Shared Service implementation life cycle
- Understanding of the change management principles and components underlying successful Shared Services transition
- Deep Finance process understanding across one or more process areas: Record to Report, Purchase to Pay or Order to Cash.
- Managers will have experience of leading work streams within the Shared Service implementation life cycle from Assessment to Deployment
