Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk
The Company
Robert Half Finance is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a growing and progressive company with operations nationwide, based in Kingston, Surrey.
The Role
The role is for a Purchase Ledger Clerk with previous experience in a similar role. Successful candidates will be used to working in Purchase Ledger environment. Be hardworking with good attention to detail. Key duties include: Coding invoices, match to purchase order if applicable, Reconcile employee expense reports to receipts, check additions, code internal vouchers. You will also be required to distribute cheques and bacs advices after release. Cheques between £5,000 and 30,000 require 2 manual signatures, these cheques are recorded in a register. The cheques and the register are presented to a mandate signatory for approval and signature.
Salary & Benefits
Salary will be in region of £20,000 - £22,000. Candidates will be bright and pro-active with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
