We now have an opening for a consultant to work within our Permanent Banking Division recruiting accountants and finance professionals. Working alongside a very experienced team means that you will get support and help, which will be critical to your success. You will work predominantly with Investment Banks, Retail Banks, Treasury Firms, Stockbrokers and Trading companies.
This is an ideal opportunity for a driven, proactive consultant to become part of a highly successful team. You will be directly responsible for developing strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Our experienced consultants enjoy autonomy and individually manage their relationships with a wide range of clients. We treat all our consultants as adults. We have an open and non-political, lively environment. Training and development is tailored to the individual.
What we are looking for are individuals with a minimum of twelve months proactive sales experience in a target driven recruitment or B2B sales environment. We have a strong preference for someone with a previous accountancy recruitment background but will cross train if you have suitable expertise in another recruitment background. As you know, to be successful in recruitment you desire to exceed targets, have persuasive and professional communication skills and proactivity will be key. In return, we can promise you one of the best commission schemes in the business.
Salary: £25000 - £40000 per annum + Unlimited Commission + Medical + Pension
