Finance Manager
The Company
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Finance Manager for a leading Construction/Property Developers based in Cobham, Surrey.
The Role
Duties will involve - managing a team of two staff. Weekly cash flows preparation, control and forecast liaising with Sales Director, Land Directors and overall Finance Director and MD. You will also be responsible for the production of monthly flash forecasts for the business. Responsibilities will also include, budget forecasting of sales budget per site and production of monthly VAT return. The successful candidate will have previous knowledge and experience of the construction industry and be strong in areas of Tax, Cash Reports and Accruals/Pre-payments.
Salary & Benefits
Salary in the region of £35,000-£40,000.
