Business Analyst (VB,SQL)
Business Technology & Process Solutions Analyst.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technology and problem solving skills and be required to support ongoing European and global technology projects.
Immediate projects / responsibilities include:
Working with the European GCDB Technical Product Manager to support the successful development, integration and promotion of the system within the business. Provide trouble-shooting user support to the investment business and European champion network.
Contribute to the development of an enhanced performance reporting technology solution for the UK and Irish consulting teams.
Provide support to the Technology Operations lead in relation to core IT operational issues within the UK Investment business. Develop extensive working relationships with business colleagues and identify innovative technology solutions to support the consulting / specialist teams.
Support the development and delivery of TPS training programmes for internal colleagues, with a particular focus on GCDB related training.
Construct and develop training programmes both for internal and external users, using computer based training modules together with more traditional methods.
Support development / enhancement of user guides and external marketing material for the global suite of TPS tools.
Qualifications
The following skills are required for the role:
Excellent technology, numerical and problem solving skills essential. VBA, SQL knowledge
Strong team working / people skills.
A good financial / Investment background would prove advantageous
Salary: £25000 - £30000 per annum + Benefits
