Experienced Property Client Accountant to £35k
Experienced Client Accountant urgently wanted for a leading property investement management company based in the West End. Candidates will have knowledge of service charge reconciliations, client reporting and analysis and have line management and training experience. Duties will include the maintenance of the property and tenancy database, preparation of management and financial accounts, client reporting, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance with internal controls, assisting and managing team members.
