A number progressive career opportunities now exist within this leading global provider of investment consulting services. Offering customised guidance at every stage of the investment decision, risk management and investment monitoring process, these roles are based in a number of their offices including London, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool and Berkshire.
Joining established teams supporting more experienced analysts and consultants your responsibilities will vary and will include:
Drafting strategy and structure reports, including running models and incorporating their latest house views as appropriate
Assisting with manager selection exercises
Assisting with implementing changes to investment manager arrangements
Producing/checking performance reports
Attending/participating in client meetings, presenting part/whole sections of reports (highlighting and explaining key issues)
Contributing to the manager and/or specialist research process
Acting as a mentor to, and helping develop, junior analysts
Dealing with routine queries received from clients, investment managers, third parties, etc.
With an understanding of trends in the pension and/or investment marketplace, you will ideally already be studying for the actuarial or CFA exams and have a willingness to complete Investment Management Certificate.
With a sound mathematical background, possessing at least 300 UCAS points with grade B or above in A' level maths (equivalent qualifications accepted) and at least a 2.i in any numerate or semi-numerate degree discipline, you will now be looking to further your career within an organisation that allows you to take ownership for work
