Mortgage Consultant
My Client a leading firm of UK Independent Financial Advisers and is now seeking a Mortgage Consultant to provide an effective and compliant independent mortgage service in their Hampshire office.
The purpose of the role is to identify and develop new business opportunities from existing clients, introducers and referrals, promote and provide a comprehensive and compliant service to new and existing clients whilst achieving agreed revenue targets
Proven sales experience/performance within mortgage, client management, or working with professional introducers would be an advantage as well as experience of business development, either individual or corporate.
As the successful candidate you will be client focussed with strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualified to full FPC and Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practise, it is preferred that you will ideally be working towards the Advanced CeMAP
This role offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
Salary: £30000 - £40000 per annum + excellent benefits
