Worksite Presenter
Based in their London office, my client is one of the UK's leading financial services product providers who currently has an outstanding opportunity for a professional Worksite Presenter to be the face for scheme members.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for improving the level of member understanding of pension provision and financial awareness and demonstrate an appreciation of the benefits of the relevant scheme(s) with a view to maximising take-up, contribution levels and ultimately business retention.
You will be required to contribute to aligning the whole Corporate Solutions proposition and strategy to the needs of their customers with particular regard to member communication. In addition you will provide additional resource to Customer Helpdesk during the scheme launch period. This will be in the form of a high level support for escalation of more complex enquiries.
Proven customer contact demonstrating effective business communication is essential as well as delivering high quality presentations to both individual and group audiences. The ability to demonstrate rounded understanding of the financial services industry alongside sound knowledge of investment funds and associated issues is also required.
Working in a similar role with a proven track record is desirable as well as the ability to demonstrate an understanding of personal financial planning of EBC market although not essential. Ideally FPC qualified you will have the willingness to study further qualifications.
Salary: £22000 - £25000 per annum + excellent benefits
