Group Treasurer / Corporate Finance Executive
Hugely reputable, city based financial institution is looking to recruit a top-tier Corporate Finance Executive to help develop its treasury function.
On-going, day-to-day, key treasury responsibilities will be coupled with ad hoc work such as: (a) negotiation of new borrowing facilities with lending banks to support corporate transactions; (b) preparation and execution of capital market transactions (bond issues); and (c) preparation of general corporate finance projects as required, including M&A activity.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA) and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT). Medium/large plc with significant debt exposure and M&A experience is also required.

Salary: £80000 - £90000 per annum + Pension contribution and bonus
