Employee Benefits Sales Support Administrator


My client is an independent financial advisory company and part of a group of companies who specialise in the provision of financial services. Their Guildford office is now seeking an additional high calibre experienced technical Employee Benefits Administrator, who will be able to make an immediate contribution by helping consultants in developing their client base.

With a strong commitment to growth and financial backing, this is an ideal opportunity to combine your creative and entrepreneurial skills, in developing and actively contributing to building our clients reputation as a Top 10 IFA Consultancy.

As the successful candidate you will be required to prepare information and paperwork for consultant client consultations and on-going performance reviews. In addition you will service existing clients and assist other team members in developing client relationships.

Responsible for continually developing business, financial and technical expertise ? to become a centre of excellence to clients ensuring administrative and compliance processes are followed to required timescales.

A proven track record gained within an IFA and/or Insurance Company environment focused on employee benefits including Group Pensions and Group Risk products advantageous as is the ability to support consultants with the creation of presentations, compilation of formal reports and other Employee Benefit documentation.

Candidates will ideally have already successfully achieved FPC and be in the process of studying for AFPC, or equivalent. Previous experience of 1st Software for client and product information would be advantageous. You will possess good oral and written communication skills and have good organisational and problem solving abilities.
