FM Consultant

Job Title: Facilities Consultant

The Role: Providing hard and soft services for clients as well as negotiating the existing contracts and also the procuring new contracts. The role will also include some maintenance therefore an M&E background will be essential as you will need to be able to provide and advise on any M&E issues. Business Development is also apart of this role as you will need to be able to grow and develop the existing clients and also acquire new contracts.

The person: You need to be a confident Facilities Manager who has experience working within a consultancy. Management experience will be essential as you have to support and develop the Facilities team. This role is extremely varied therefore we are looking for someone who likes every day to be different and who is versatile.
